Surface prepped my shaker shelf starting at 80 grit and ending with 120 grit.
Applied laquer to the pine.
Started trying out stains on some pine to see what to use on my shaker shelf.
None of the colors on my birch plywood particularly struck my interest, so I'm going to keep experimenting on some solid wood test pieces.
